03 — Perspective

I pay attention to the small moments that shape how people feel.

The hesitation before making a decision. The relief of finally understanding something. The quiet reassurance of knowing a product is working with you, not against you.
That's the part of product design I care about most.
— Things I keep noticing about people and products.
01

Trust is usually built quietly.

People often decide whether something feels trustworthy before they consciously realize it. Clear communication, thoughtful defaults, and small moments of reassurance quietly shape that decision.

02

People don't use products in ideal conditions.

They use them while distracted, overwhelmed, uncertain, or emotionally tired. I try to design experiences that reduce both cognitive and emotional friction, not just functional friction.

03

Good onboarding creates confidence.

Sometimes users already understand the interface. What they actually need is clarity, reassurance, and the feeling that they're making the right decision before moving forward.

04

Good products feel like good hospitality.

Calm. Thoughtful. Never trying too hard. My background in hospitality taught me that the best experiences are often built through small details people barely notice but always remember.

04 — Playground

Side experiments and smaller pieces.

A space for smaller experiments, behavioral observations, and ideas still taking shape.

Hi, I'm ice — a Product UX Designer who notices the small things.

Before design, I worked in hospitality, marketing, and communication — experiences that taught me how much small details can shape the way people feel.

Today, I care about clarity, trust, and the quiet details that shape whether an experience feels frustrating, forgettable, or genuinely supportive.
