Kallayarat "Ice" Liao-Tanadee is a UX/UI designer who blends research, empathy, and practical execution to design digital experiences that solve real human problems. She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning marketing, communication, operations, and customer experience — a foundation that lets her balance user needs with business goals.

Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Kallayarat (formerly Kallayarat Boonyiamtanadee) earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing before relocating to Boston to complete a master's focused on communication. Prior to product design, she spent several years in hospitality and operations management — leading teams, designing service workflows, and developing the operational systems that shaped her service-design mindset.

She formally transitioned into product design through the Springboard UI/UX Design Career Track, where she has led end-to-end projects including MyPlace (a trust-focused subletting platform), Gatherly (a social platform designed around emotional barriers to connection), and Circular Play (a gamified sustainability tool for city leaders).

She also partnered with a real client on George's Comic Shop, translating a scattered vision into a community-first product strategy, information architecture, and brand voice. Kallayarat's work consistently centers on trust, emotional decision-making, and designing for real-world human behavior. She is currently based between Boston and New York City.
